DM Software respects your personal data. This page explains what data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The controller of your data is DM Software, based in Athens, Greece. For anything related to your data, contact dimitris@dmsoftware.gr.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form:
- Name
- Business
- Your message
Technical data
For security and spam prevention, we temporarily record the IP address used to submit the form. We also use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that does not collect personally identifying information.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your request and, if you wish, to move forward with a project. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
Where it's stored
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered by email through the Resend service. Both providers may process data outside Greece, always under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data
- correct or erase it
- restrict or object to processing
- data portability
- lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr)
